Refund Policy
Website purchases
We provide refunds for purchases less than 60 days old. If you’d like a refund for a purchase made from this website, contact mSecure Support with a copy of your receipt or order number.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
App Store purchases (in-app purchase)
If you’d like a refund for mSecure from the Mac App Store or the iOS App Store/iTunes Store, you must request a refund from Apple. Apple sets their own refund policies.
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click “Report a Problem” on the relevant app.
Google Play purchases (in-app purchase)
We provide refunds for purchases less than 60 days old from the Google Play Store. If you’d like a refund for mSecure, contact mSecure Support with a copy your receipt and(or) Google Play Order Number/Transaction Number.
Microsoft Store purchases (in-app purchase)
If you’d like a refund for mSecure from the Microsoft Store, you must request a refund from Microsoft. Microsoft sets their own refund policies.
- Sign in to Order history, and then select Request a return. If you don’t see Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a return. For detailed info about the return and refund policy, see Microsoft Terms of Sale.
